The mission of the Young Leaders Society is to promote and encourage the spirit of philanthropy and volunteerism among Snohomish County residents in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s.

Members are committed, compassionate, generous individuals who
are dedicated to making a positive impact throughout
our community.

Who qualifies?

Any donor age 21-44 (in mind, or spirit!) who gives at least $500 a year to United Way of Snohomish County with a minimum of 50% of their contribution directed to United Way's Local Community Fund is eligible.

How do I join?

Step up!

Can't give $500 this year? Our "Step-up" option may work well for you.

  • Year one: Give $250 with 100% of your contribution directed
    to United Way's Local Community Fund.
  • Year two: Give $375 with at least $250 of your contribution directed to United Way's Local Community Fund.
  • Year three: Give $500 with at least $250 of your contribution directed to United Way's Local Community Fund.
