2-1-1 Partners
United Way of Snohomish County and Volunteers of America Western Washington are the lead partners for North Sound
2-1-1, serving Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan counties.
United Way of America and the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems are leading the effort for a nationwide rollout of 2-1-1. Working with local United Ways, WIN 211 led the effort
in our state, working in close collaboration with the Northwest Alliance
of Information and Referral Systems (NW-AIRS) to ensure the highest
quality of service statewide.
