United Way is proud to partner with donors, local businesses, government and nonprofit organizations. These highly-committed partners volunteer on United Way councils, sponsor events or Campaign Executives, and run workplace campaigns. You’ll find information about each in this section.
You’ll also find help that United Way offers to companies, such as
seminars and other help specifically for employees. Of course, community
resources such as 2-1-1, The Parent Place and Born Learning benefit everyone.
That’s the essence of community. Together we can get results that
no one can accomplish alone.
Success Stories
Visiting the doctor is an event. When you don’t speak English, it can be an obstacle course. Thankfully, Milana Atanassopoulos is available to help families navigate the process as the United Way-funded Ukrainian/Russian outreach worker at Community Health Center of Snohomish County. “There is nothing that means more to us than the wellness of our children and she has helped so much,” said Svetlana Nazarchuk, one of Milana’s clients. “She’s an extension of the family.”
