Volunteer documents and resources


  • Under 18 volunteer liability waiver
    If you have a volunteer under 18 years old on your Days of Caring team, have them and their parent or guardian complete this form in advance and bring it to your Days of Caring project. Volunteers over 18 will sign a liability waiver on-site the day of the event.
