Volunteer Appreciation Night at the Everett AquaSox

Volunteer Appreciation Night, organized by United Way and the Everett AquaSox, honors the work of volunteers from throughout Snohomish County with free tickets to the game. Days of Caring Match Meeting

This meeting will allow Days of Caring volunteer team leads and agency representatives to meet face-to-face to discuss project logistics as well as to network and pick up each team’s free United Way Days of Caring t-shirts.

Each year, Days of Caring brings together volunteers who are committed to creating positive change in the lives of children, families and seniors. Volunteer teams, organized primarily by local companies, complete projects for local nonprofit agencies that often lack the necessary resources to tackle such important initiatives themselves. At United Way’s Spirit of Snohomish County Breakfast each year, we continue our tradition of recognizing individuals and organizations who are truly helping to improve people’s lives in Snohomish County. Spirit of Snohomish County Awards are presented to those who actively work for the betterment of our community and inspire others to serve. Nominations are submitted in June and reviewed by teams of volunteers.
