Resource Development -Engagement Coordinator
Part-Time 20 hrs/wk
Help United Way connect with donors, volunteers and advocates. Coordinate customer relationship management programs and support individual giving as part of a growing team doing innovative work. Responsibilities include coordination of staff team meetings in the planning and development of new individual engagement tools, support of individual solicitation/recognition efforts and measuring effectiveness of activities, and training other staff on recognition and data procedures. Excellent customer relationship and project management; written and oral communications; MS Office Suite and database management skills. Experience planning events and working with social media in a professional capacity a plus. Associate’s degree + 2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
