We also collect information on the dates and times you visit our site using standard tracking software. The foregoing information is collected and maintained by United Way of Snohomish County. We reserve the right to collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in some other manner. However, we do not store credit card information after we transmit it securely and encrypted to a third party processor.

We may acknowledge you by name for your donation. We may also use your information to help respond to your inquiries. You may request removal from our database. We do not share, trade, sell or rent customer information to any outside company or organization.
Where applicable (and with your permission), United Way of Snohomish County will share your name and personal information (e.g., mailing address and pledge amount) with other United Ways and/or, with charities to which you designate your gift, for purposes of fulfilling your giving intentions and enabling such organizations to acknowledge your gift and otherwise communicate with you. We may also disclose your personal information if we are compelled to do so to comply with valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, or a valid administrative request from a law enforcement agency, or in the unlikely situation where we, in good faith, believe such information is necessary to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of United Way of Snohomish County or the public. We also reserve the right to share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information.
To make a request to opt out of receiving certain United Way of Snohomish County communications, you may send us an email and ask to be removed from our list.
