Tocqueville Society

“As soon as individuals with a cause have found one another out, they combine. From that moment, they are no longer isolated people, but a power seen from afar, whose actions serve for an example and whose language is listened to."
Tocqueville Society recognizes visionary leaders who have committed themselves to making our community a better place for all its residents. Membership is available to individuals who contribute $10,000 or more annually.

As a Tocqueville member, you will receive special invitations to member-only events, including:
  • Impact briefings—learn firsthand about the new CORE Collaboratives and how your CORE Fund investments will support systems change in Snohomish County.
  • Ideation Sessions—opportunities to contribute your mind and expertise to the complex social challenges faces families with young children.
  • Volunteer events—create immediate impact by lending your hands to 2-Generational volunteer projects.
  • Social opportunities—network with other exceptional philanthropists and leaders.
  • Annual recognition event—our annual celebration to say thank you to our highest investors.

As part of the Tocqueville Society, our newly created CORE Investors Group are Tocqueville members who contribute $10,000+ to specifically support the work of cross-sector Collaboratives and nonprofit partners committed to long-term outcomes for young children and their families with low income. Should you decide to become a CORE Investor, no processing fee will be taken from your contribution, which means 100% of your gift is invested back into the community.

If you’re committed to following your passion for philanthropy but aren’t quite ready to join the Tocqueville Society, the Step-Up Program is for you!
