United Way of Snohomish County (UWSC) is proud to announce the appointment of Inga Paige as its new Executive Director, ushering in a new chapter of leadership aligned with the organization’s 2026–2029 Strategic Plan.

Paige brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, with a strong track record of strategic growth, financial stewardship, and community-centered program development. Most recently serving as Executive Director and CEO of St. Vincent de Paul North Sound Council in Everett, Paige has demonstrated deep commitment to Snohomish County communities through innovative partnerships, expanded services, and measurable impact.

“Inga’s leadership experience, local roots, and passion for strengthening communities make her an exceptional fit for this role,” said UWSC Board Chair Stan DeLizo. “Her ability to connect strategy with action aligns directly with the goals outlined in our strategic plan.”

At St. Vincent de Paul North Sound Council, Paige led significant organizational growth, including a $3.5 million capital campaign to develop a new 6,000-square-foot production facility and a $700,000 increase in annual revenue over three years. She also spearheaded partnerships with local municipalities—such as a housing initiative with the City of Monroe supporting single mothers and children—demonstrating her ability to convene cross-sector stakeholders to address complex community needs.

Her leadership extends across multiple nonprofit organizations in Washington State, including Parent Trust for Washington Children and Seattle Milk Fund, where she consistently strengthened operations, expanded programming, and increased donor engagement. Paige’s experience includes developing strategic plans, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading fundraising initiatives, and working closely with boards of directors to guide long-term organizational vision.

These qualifications directly support UWSC’s evolving role as a convener, catalyst, and systems-level partner focused on advancing equity and stability across Snohomish County. The organization’s 2026–2029 Strategic Plan emphasizes four core pillars—Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, Healthy Community, and Community Resilience—with a focus on ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) households and long-term community outcomes.

Paige’s professional experience reflects strong alignment with these priorities. Her work in housing stability, family support services, and community-based program development complements UWSC’s efforts to address barriers to stability and expand access to essential resources. Her background in building sustainable funding models and strengthening operational systems will also support UWSC’s continued investment in measurable impact and organizational effectiveness.

“I am honored to join United Way of Snohomish County at such a pivotal time,” said Paige. “This organization plays a critical role in bringing people, resources, and strategy together to create meaningful change. I look forward to working alongside staff, board members, partners, and the community to build on this momentum and advance solutions that help families across Snohomish County thrive.”
