Since September 2023, United Way of Snohomish County has been the proud sponsor of the nursing pod located at Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett, WA.
The lactation pod is a freestanding, mobile suite for mothers to pump or breastfeed in public places or while at work. This specific pod is located on the main level at Angel of the Winds Arena, which sees approximately 500,000 individuals each year.
We are always looking for ways to help and provide for the youngest members of our community and their families. Mothers deserve the privacy and resources to safely feed their babies, whether they are breastfeeding or expressing milk, in a clean and comfortable environment and without distraction.
