THE VALUE OF UNITED WAY

United Way of Snohomish County is moving beyond its traditional role of simply being a fundraiser to being a funder, partner, convener, and catalyst for positive, lasting community change.

We are the only organization in the community funding multiple cross-sector collaboratives—groups of community partners with shared impact plans—working together on long-term solutions for children birth to age 8 and their families with low income.

OUR COMMITMENT TO FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN

United Way works with a network of nonprofits, businesses, government, and community leaders to build resources, focus investments, and foster partnerships to move families with young children toward success.

Our CORE work places the whole family at the center of collaborative partnerships where multiple nonprofit, public, and private partners are working together to address not only the needs of the child, but those of the entire family.

MISSION

We transform lives by bringing people, resources, and strategy together to solve our community's toughest challenges.

VISION

We envision a community where all families have access to opportunity for generations to come.
